Im ersten Sommerinterview 2018 diesmal Judith Schütz von osn.ch mit der ich über die Grundfragen der Collaboration und Microsoft Teams spreche.

Außerdem beschäftigen wir und mit den Canvas-Modell, das Judith einmal als Collaboration Canvas und zum anderen als Teams Canvas vorstellt.

Der Collaboration Canvas

OSN würde den Collaboration Canvas gerne mal «virtualisieren», d.h. mit einem Team als virtuellen Prozess durchlaufen, ohne Präsenz-Workshops, nur mit MS Teams als Plattform. Sie möchten ausprobieren, ob das funktioniert und ob das die gleichen Ergebnisse/Fortschritte bringt, wie ein «traditionelles» Vorgehen mit Workshops.

Der Microsoft Teams Canvas

Interessierte Teams können sich für diesen virtuellen Pilot melden. Die Teilnahme am Pilot würde für die Teams nichts kosten – ausser die eigene Zeit und die Bereitschaft und Verpflichtung, den Canvas-Prozess mitzumachen. Rahmenbedingung: die Teams müssen aus einem Unternehmen kommen, das auf O365 ist und MS Teams ausgerollt hat.
